Milore order deliveries
Several delivery choices are offered to the Customer during the Order process.
The processing of Milore orders is done on average within 72 hours but the period can be extended up to 10 working days.
In anticipation of the proper functioning of the delivery, the Customer must ensure that he has communicated the exact and complete information concerning the following information: surname, first name, complete address including, if necessary, the street number, building, staircase, floors, code of access, intercom names, and more generally any data enabling it to be identified as well as the place of Delivery.
Milore will deliver to Customers within a maximum delivery time of 14 working days for delivery to Metropolitan France, the period starting to run the day after the order is validated. Under no circumstances may the delivery time exceed 25 (twenty-five) working days.
If the delivery time is exceeded, not justified by a case of force majeure, the Customer may request the cancellation of his Order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, within 30 working days from the date of delivery. indicated. In the event of cancellation of an Order, the refund will be provided by the Site, according to the means of payment of the Customer's choice and this, within a maximum period of 30 working days from the date on which the Customer will have informed the Site of cancellation of the Order.
The Delivery costs applicable to the Order are those mentioned on the Site during the Order in the “Deliveries” and “Returns” sections.
Refunds & Returns
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the non-professional Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal from the Site without having the obligation to justify his decision.
The Customer must express to Milore his wish to withdraw either by a request for return on the Site or in the "My account" section, or by sending the withdrawal form sent during the order confirmation to the head office of Milore or by mail. email to firstname.lastname@example.org. (Cf. MILORE CGV Appendix 1: Withdrawal form).
The Customer must thus return the Item(s) to Milore with the prepaid return form sent by the Site within 14 working days following the communication of his decision to withdraw as stipulated in article L.221-21 of the Consumer Code. Exceeded the period of 14 (fourteen) working days, the sale is firm and final.
The Item(s) returned by the Customer must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unworn and unwashed. Milore takes care of the return of the Articles.
At the latest, the reimbursement of the Order is made within 14 days from the date on which it is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw, provided that the Items have been received by Milore.
All sums paid by the Customer will be reimbursed by Milore using the same means of payment as that used for payment of the Order no later than 14 days following the date on which Milore becomes aware of the Customer's decision. to retract.
Milore does not aim to reimburse the additional costs caused by a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method.
Reimbursement of an Order paid by means of a gift card, an e-gift card or a credit note will be made by a credit note.
If the Customer fails to comply with these T&Cs, Milore will not be able to reimburse the Articles concerned.
